Job summary

Reactivate, an Invenergy company, is a mission-driven organization developing renewable energy solutions across the country. This contract role focuses on implementing ROS capabilities, optimizing business processes, and translating needs into technology requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and support testing and adoption of changes, all while contributing to a flexible, remote-first work environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process management or similar.
• Experience evaluating and improving business processes powered by enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise workflow/CRM platforms.
• Strong process mapping, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology and workflow requirements.
• Experience developing and analyzing operational KPIs.
• Strong cross-functional communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with functional teams to implement and continuously improve ROS capabilities and business processes.

• Translate business and user needs into clear functional requirements for Technology teams.
• Monitor and trend Capability KPIs to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Perform root-cause analysis to distinguish process, technology, data, training, and execution issues.
• Recommend improvements to processes, systems, controls, and ROS requirements based on performance data and user feedback.
• Support testing, implementation, and adoption of technology and process changes.
• Develop targeted training and user support based on identified needs.
• Facilitate cross-functional process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: $70-80 per hour

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience evaluating and improving business processes supported by enterprise technology platforms
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise workflow/CRM platforms
• Strong process mapping, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology and workflow requirements
• Experience developing and analyzing operational KPIs
• Strong cross-functional communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, enterprise technology transformation, renewable energy, engineering, construction, or other project-based businesses preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
