A strong background in Microsoft Excel/Word and CMMS usage is required to ensure accuracy and consistency across maintenance records. The role emphasizes data integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a CMMS/SAP environment.

The Position:

The ideal candidate will translate/ transfer manufacturers technical manual maintenance instructions into Datwyler procedures in our internal document control system.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry Clerk, updates, and manages facility and equipment maintenance data within SAP.
• Modifying existing files, processing new account or custom entries, and managing digital or physical document archive.
• Reviewing logs and source materials to detect mistakes, fixing discrepancies, and purging duplicate files.
• Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP
• Prior hands-on experience using a CMMS or SAP platform.
• A data entry job involvestranscribing, updating, and managing information in digital databases or spreadsheets.
• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

Must possess in-depth Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) expertise. The incumbent must have a strong background in technical procedure writing.

Expectation of this position is to be complete within 6 months. There is a possibility, once the initial needed process is complete, that a skilled candidate may be asked to extend the contract for other areas.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to perform activities requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. This position is very active. The employee must be capable of frequently lifting and/or moving items over 50 pounds.Vision must be adequate for reviewing and handling small prints and drawings on a regular basis.
