Job summary

West Linn-Wilsonville School District 3J District Operations in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking a Temporary Licensed Journeyman Electrician. The role is 8 hours per day under the Classified Bargaining Agreement, starting immediately through June 30, 2027.

The position requires a current Oregon operator’s license and an Oregon Journeyman Electrician license, with minimum six years of electrical construction/maintenance experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local electrical, fire, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Performs wiring in commercial buildings, running exposed conduit, and balancing of electrical panels and systems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair all types of electrical systems.
• Estimate material and labor requirements, interpret and work from plans, prints, specifications, and established maintenance procedures.
• Ability to proficiently use appropriate computer applications for your assigned areas of responsibility.
