Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; legal recruiting experience is a plus.
• 1+ years of professional work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong organizational and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule callback interviews and track school-specific offers.
• Greet candidates and provide office tours; serve as contact for applicants.
• Assist, track, and attend law student recruiting and summer associate program events.
• Enter and maintain detailed candidate information into the database.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the recruiting team.
