Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and IT assets.
• Supervise IT technicians and support staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex issues.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
• Ensure high-quality end-user support across desktops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Enforce information security policies and best practices.
• Assist with audits, risk assessments, and security tool deployment.
• Coordinate IT projects such as upgrades, deployments, migrations.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

Job Summary

The IT Team Lead oversees day to day technology operations, ensuring reliable performance of systems, networks, and support services. This role works alongside IT support staff, coordinates technical projects, enforces IT policies, and works closely with the IT Director to maintain a secure, efficient, and user friendly technology environment. This is an in-office position.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisor/lead experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and enterprise tools (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation Range: $40 - $48.08 per hour
