Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown PC seeks a dependable, hands-on helper for a short-term IT equipment mobility project. You will move and set up equipment across office locations, unpacking, packing, and preparing spaces for use.

Responsibilities include decommissioning devices, loading and transporting gear, and assisting with additional IT tasks as needed. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs or more as needed.
• Reliable car/transportation to move between locations.
• Availability for weekends and extended hours as required.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• No degree or formal education required.
• Experience with computers, office moves, or warehouse labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Disconnecting and decommissioning IT equipment and peripherals.
• Packing, loading, moving and delivering equipment to other locations.
• Installing and setting up equipment at new workstations.
• Unpacking boxes and organizing materials.
• Removing trash and packing materials.
• Cleaning up and preparing workstations for use.
• Assist with other IT tasks as needed.
