Washington Injury Law is seeking a temporary In-Person Case Manager for our Lakewood office to support pre-litigation personal injury work. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with clients, medical providers, and insurers to move cases forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in case management, preferably in personal injury or legal settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage case progression through the pre-litigation phase, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather necessary information.
• Review case details regularly to identify and address any issues or delays.
• Identify cases involving policy limits and flag them for appropriate handling.
• Prepare and send policy limit demand letters within 30 days of receiving all required documentation.
