Job summary

Georgia Tech's TEMP-Human Resources Operations provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize HR files and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data entry, audits, and record management.
  • Prepare employment verification letters and other routine HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, communicating with hiring managers and applicants.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including affiliate hiring processes as assigned.
  • Assist with tracking HR transactions, personnel actions, and workflow requests.
  • Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries and direct questions to appropriate HR team members.
  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as needed.

Job Summary

The TEMP-Human Resources Operations provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and files, assisting with HR reporting and data management, preparing employment verification letters, coordinating interview scheduling, and supporting various recruitment and onboarding activities. The position may also assist with affiliate hiring processes and other HR-related projects as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.
