Electric Picks Jewelry is seeking a Temp Holiday Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our marketing team during the busy season. This is a full-time temporary role in Irvington, NY, combining influencer outreach, events, photoshoots, holiday mailers, and creating social media content.

You should be comfortable on camera, love jewelry, and stay current with Instagram and TikTok trends. The position is in-person with one remote day and runs through the holiday season.

Temp Holiday Marketing & Social Media Assistant

We are seeking a Temporary Holiday Marketing & Social Media Assistant to join our growing team for the holiday season! This is a full-time temporary position at our Irvington, NY location. The Marketing & Social Media Assistant will support our marketing team through our busiest time of year, assisting with influencer outreach, events, photoshoots, holiday mailers, and social media content. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, loves jewelry and social media, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

• Full-Time Temporary Position: ASAP-Early January
• Mon-Fri 9AM-5:30PM
• In person in our Irvington, NY office / 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities

• Support influencer outreach, including researching creators, sending pitches, and tracking responses and posts
• Assist with coordinating holiday influencer mailers, including product selection, packing, and shipment tracking

• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to be both a self-starter and a team player
• Available full-time through the end of the holiday season
