Qualifications

• Support global marketing concepts and campaigns based on market and retailer needs.
• Contribute ideas, references and storytelling to campaign development.
• Build clear, visually compelling PowerPoint decks for internal presentations.
• Support development of materials for upcoming product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct US and global competitive and market research.
• Track emerging makeup, beauty and social media trends.
• Monitor new product launches across the color cosmetics category.
• Research influencer and creator activity across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Track relevant brand partnerships, activations and retail experiences.
• Compile findings into concise trend and competitive reports.
• Maintain and update master and retailer-specific marketing calendars.
• Track project timelines, deliverables and key milestones.
• Coordinate team meetings and support scheduling.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials and recap notes.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Concept Development: support development of global marketing concepts and campaigns based on market and retailer needs.
• Trend, Competitive & Creator Research: conduct US and global competitive and market research, track trends, monitor launches and research influencer activity.
• Marketing Calendar & Project Support: maintain calendars, track timelines, coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and recap notes.
