Job Description

Salary/Benefits

• $75,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of general liability claims from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including obtaining statements, reviewing evidence, and analyzing damages.
• Determine coverage, liability, and compensability under applicable policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with claimants, attorneys, and other parties to negotiate settlements.
• Set and maintain appropriate reserves based on claim evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling general liability claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policy interpretation, claims investigation, and legal principles.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.
