Job summary

XPDEL, Inc. in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Temporary FC Operations Associate to join our growing team. The role focuses on accurate setup, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials according to client specs, leveraging basic PC skills.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience and can quickly learn new systems. Responsibilities include line setup, cycle counts, equipment use (RF guns, voice tech), and supporting receiving and shipping tasks, with paperwork and time-tracking duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist with line set-up.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and help resolve discrepancies.
• Operate voice technology, RF guns, and other equipment as required.
• Assist with receiving and shipping duties as required.
• Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation.
• Restock packaging materials.
• Assist team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Participate in process improvements by communicating with supervisor or team lead.
• All other duties as assigned.
