Job summary

XPDEL, Inc. in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Temporary FC Operations Associate to join a growing team. The role focuses on accurate set-up, picking, packing, and manifesting of materials per client specifications. Preference is given to candidates with basic PC experience and quick learning ability.

The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with opportunities to contribute to line set-ups, cycle counts, and shipping tasks. EEOC employer welcoming qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.
• Experience with PCs and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with line set-up.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Use voice technology, RF guns, and other equipment.
• Assist with receiving and shipping duties.
• Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation.
• Restock packaging materials.
• Assist team in meeting customer expectations.
• Participate in process improvements.
• All other duties as assigned.
