Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Fabrication Support — Temporary to join the production department in Minnesota. The role focuses on supporting multiple teams, ensuring safety, and maintaining equipment to meet quality standards.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd, or a 6:30 PM to 12:30 AM option, with a starting pay of $19+ per hour. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication abilities to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Safety concerns must be recognized and reported.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production teams to meet goals.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow safety rules.
• Set up and run equipment safely to maximize output.
• Review manufacturing orders and packaging per specs.
• Perform general machine maintenance and suggest improvements.
