Kendo Holdings, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to support four executives. The role demands sound judgment, superb communication, and the ability to manage confidential matters with discretion.
The position is a temporary assignment for 3–6 months in San Francisco, hybrid schedule (in-office Tue–Thu, remote Mon & Fri). The ideal candidate will independently handle projects from conception to completion while maintaining balance across priorities.

The salary range for this temp position is $43.25 - $46.15 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

SUMMARY
We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic force behind our leadership team. The ideal individual will possess sound judgment in various situations, strong written and verbal communication skills, administrative and organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will be able to work independently on projects from conception to completion, anticipate needs before they arise, work under pressure at times, and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
