Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years in hotel sales, plus 1 year of F&B experience, strong communication, and contract interpretation skills. A proactive sales approach and ability to work under pressure are essential, with knowledge of MS Office and hospitality software preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• 1 year food and beverage experience.
• Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding/knowledge of Microsoft office.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service events for in-house groups and outside clients on a temporary basis (up to 60 days onsite).
• Menu planning and agenda setting for events.
• Review contracts and facilitate communication before, during, and after events with hotel staff.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and catering staff as a team member to ensure service standards.
