Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Experience with computers and machinery.
• Experience in elections or with elections equipment desirable.
• An equivalent combination of education and work experience may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Gain thorough understanding of Agilis envelope sorting machine operation.
• Assist Signature Verification Project Manager as needed.
• Operate the Agilis machine for optimal workflow.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and software issues.
• Communicate with Project Manager and Election Judges on timing, progress, and needs.
• Transfer trays of ballot envelopes between processing teams.
• Assist Signature Verification judges with research and envelope reconciliation.
