Job summary

Anthropologie Apparel seeks a Temporary Design Coordinator to support the design team. This role oversees budgets, calendars, and seasonal linesheets while handling miscellaneous tasks to boost day-to-day performance.

It spans multiple categories and assists Design Directors with organization and team management. The Design Coordinator will partner across departments, organize PLM trainings, and help maintain smooth product lifecycle processes while mentoring teammates and fostering a

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leadership to execute projects on seasonal concepts and objectives.
• Organize PLM trainings for all new design members.
• Strategize with Art, Tech, Production & Buying leads to keep labels up to date.
• Understand product lifecycle and manage meeting efficiency and deadlines.
• Mentor the Design Coordinator team and promote best practices.
• Improve team morale and encourage collaboration.
• Manage all Plus product in PLM and share updates with partners.
• Create and manage Seasonal Linesheets.
• Support sending weekly vendor packages.
• Maintain design calendar and processes.
• Coordinate budgets, calendars, and seasonal linesheets.
• Generate style numbers and updates in Tradestone.
• Collaborate with directors on budgets and scheduling.
• Assist in sample preparation for reviews.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to coordinate daily tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues and onboard new hires with training.
