Job summary

Marquee Staffing has a temporary Data Entry Clerk role in its Customer Service and Marketing Department. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with potential to add days and a 30-minute lunch. Pay is $22 per hour, with opportunities for full-time hours in the near term.

The role requires accurate data entry into ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets, strict attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
• Beginner-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Enter information into ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Assemble products and marketing literature into bags.
• Assist with other general department tasks as needed.
