Job summary

ID Logistics US is hiring a Packager to sort, verify, package, label and weigh items into defined pack sizes per customer orders. You’ll use scanners, handheld printers, and WMS devices to determine items from temperature-controlled or non-controlled areas.

Maintain a clean, safe environment while following PPE rules and safety protocols. The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for long periods in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 49+ lbs.
• Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Packager's primary responsibility will be sorting, verifying, packaging, labeling and weighing items into units in accordance with pre-established pack sizes, and customer requirements. The each sort Associate is also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Possess strong oral and written communications skills
• Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 49+ lbs.
• Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods of time.
• Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership
