Vistar, a leading distributor of candy, snacks and beverages, is seeking a temporary-to-convert warehouse picker/packer at our Lebanon, PA facility. You will accurately pick and pack products, operate scanning equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards while contributing to timely order fulfillment.

Requirements include current Vistar Retail East temp status, 90 days/480 hours via agency, high school diploma or equivalent, and 6–12 months of warehouse/production experience.

Competenze

• Must be a current Vistar Retail East temp worker.
• Must have completed 90 days / 480 hours of work under agency contract.
• Must have demonstrated strong skills in production, attendance and behavior during contract.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6-12 months warehouse and/or production work experience.

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack product according to established standards.
• Run scanning equipment.
• Pack orders to the customer\'s requirement and/or from provided specifications.
• Meet established productivity standards and quality standards.

Position Summary

Accurately and efficiently pick product and prepare orders for shipment observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Works independently and communicates well with other departments (verbally/written/computer) to move work through the system in an organized fashion. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Qualifications

MUST BE CURRENT VISTAR REATAIL EAST TEMP WORKER

MUST HAVE COMPLETED 90DAYS/480HRS OF WORK UNDER AGENCY CONTRACT

Must have demonstrated strong skills in production, attendance and behavior during contract.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

6 - 12 months warehouse and / or production work experience.

Preferred qualifications

1 - 2 Years warehouse and / or production work experience.

OSHA Forklift operator certificate.
