Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Romeoville, IL, to support distribution services. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with starting pay at $20.25 and potential up to $23.74 based on incentives and shift differentials.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperature-sensitive materials, updating records, and coordinating material movement. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and up to 2 years in warehouse roles; CSCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them accordingly.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
