Qualifications

• Hands-on pick-and-pack experience in distribution, fulfillment, or e-commerce warehouses
• Ability to work safely in a temperature-controlled environment (0–90°F) most of the shift
• Capable of standing long periods, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate pick-and-pack operations to ensure correct products are delivered on time
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in a temperature-controlled warehouse (0–90°F)
• Support packing, restocking, and inventory movement to keep operations running smoothly
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, productive work environment
• Double-check orders and handle products with care to uphold high quality standards
• Utilize WMS, RF scanners, and inventory tools to track movement and fulfill orders
• Stay productive, ask questions when unsure, and anticipate what is next
• Adapt to changing priorities and start times to meet business needs
• Maintain productivity with accuracy and attention to detail
