Job summary

Maesa, a next-gen beauty company, seeks a Temporary Coordinator to join the Blue Sky & Product Development team for Kristin Ess Hair in New York City. This temporary role supports development and execution of new product launches, reformulations, and ongoing innovation projects, coordinating samples, tasks, and market research.

The Temp Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Manager to manage samples, meetings, and presentations, and assist with market research.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Manager in initiation, tracking and execution of product development stages for launches and reformulations.
• Maintain product library, standards, and lab submissions; distribute samples to team members.
• Coordinate samples, bulk and packaging for retailer meetings and photoshoots.
• Assist with room setup for internal leadership and retailer meetings.
• Manage shipments and deliveries of products or packaging samples.
• Support NPD artwork reviews and tracking.
• Assist with presentation prep using PowerPoint.
• Track industry trends to identify white space opportunities via market research.
• Purchase and evaluate competitive products.
• Provide feedback on lab submissions and other ad hoc projects.
