Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience.
• 1-3 years of continued job experience.
• Healthcare or general receptionist experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required; testing if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check-in, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
• Prepare charts and organize paperwork; ensure completeness and proper signatures.
• Input and update patient data in the system; maintain patient records.
• Assess finances and insurance, collect fees and donations according to guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
