Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 20 years old by start date.
• One year of full-time youth work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in word processing, email, and internet browsers.
• Experience communicating with clientele face-to-face and by phone.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Minnesota Extension guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate county activities with statewide 4-H educational outcomes.
• Partner with local boards and committees to execute program plans.
• Manage multiple participation models (clubs, after-school, site-based).
• Oversee public recognition and showcases, including county fairs and awards.
