The role requires a high school diploma, ability to read blueprints and measuring devices, and comfort with basic computer data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read measuring devices (tape measures).
• Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level).
• Ability to follow blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret Work Instructions and SOPs.
• Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency (data entry).

Responsibilities

• Assemble units using hand and power tools.
• Test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and specifications.
• Repair or refit parts that fail tests or tolerance levels.
• Maintain attention to detail and perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Cross-train to support all Assembly I roles.
