Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a teller. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent mathematical abilities, and experience with cash register operations. As a teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and handling financial transactions.

Duties: – Greet members and provide friendly and efficient service – Process member transactions accurately – Cross sell products and services to maximize member satisfaction – Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services – Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner – Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent – Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred – Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform retail math calculations accurately – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail – Basic knowledge of banking procedures is preferred
