What You’ll Do

• Work in conjunction with the Branch Manager/Designee to oversee the day-to-day operation of the teller line, ensuring compliance and procedural requirements are met by the entire team.
• Provide leadership, conflict resolution, and process improvements to the teller line.
• Engage and develop the entire teller team in sales activities by leading and coaching team members on how to identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate platforms.
• Train and onboard new tellers; objectively evaluate and document performance of tellers.
• Create and foster a cohesive team by promoting a positive work environment and maintaining a good working relationship with all bank personnel.
• Develop and utilize the skills and knowledge necessary for effective supervision of colleagues.
• Process all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash checking, etc. in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
• Manage large amounts of branch cash, oversee vault management, and balance daily limits.
