Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• 1 year minimum customer experience, recommending and referring products/services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Comfortable using digital tech to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, possibly weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete transactions.
• Provide personalized financial advice and connect customers to Bankers as needed.
• Follow all banking policies and cash handling procedures.
