Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and other teller transactions.
• Answer client questions in person and by phone.
• Record and reconcile cash drawer and currency.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to a banker.
• Utilize client-facing systems to document activities and referrals.
• Assist with special requests and complete account services.
• Maintain confidentiality and support security procedures.
• Participate in training and volunteer activities.
