Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Teller to manage daily teller transactions in both lobby and drive-up locations. You will deliver outstanding client service while building and maintaining client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional products.

Responsibilities include processing deposits and payments, handling currency, answering client questions, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard client information.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, checks, and withdrawals in lobby and drive-up.
• Record transactions and referrals to banking partners using internal systems.
• Provide exceptional client service and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer, balance cash regularly, and report variances.
