Qualifications

• Experience in teller, banking, credit union, retail, or cash-handling preferred
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Accurately balance a cash drawer and maintain transaction integrity.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service in the branch, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Answer member questions and resolve account-related inquiries.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services.
• Support branch operations by assisting coworkers and contributing to team goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with credit union policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Teller, you will serve as the face of Mid Carolina Credit Union by delivering outstanding service to members through accurate transaction processing, problem-solving, and product education.
