Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service in the branch, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Answer member questions and resolve account-related inquiries.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products and services.
• Support branch operations by assisting coworkers and contributing to team goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with credit union policies and procedures.
• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for members and team members.

Position Summary

As a Teller, you will serve as the face of Mid Carolina Credit Union by delivering outstanding service to members through accurate transaction processing, problem-solving, and product education. What We're Looking For
