Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank is seeking a part-time Teller in Muskegon, MI. You will provide world-class customer service at the teller window, handle cash and non-cash transactions, and balance daily while maintaining confidentiality. This role supports branch goals and fosters client relationships.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for customer interactions.
• Ability to operate teller window, balance cash daily, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate teller window in accordance with bank policy and balance daily.
• Meet and exceed teller sale/referral goals.
• Process cash and non-cash bank transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Develop client relationships and inform customers of available services.
• Perform ancillary duties including night deposits, ATM balancing, and stock supplies.
