FNBO in Raymore, MO is seeking a Teller to greet customers, process transactions, balance cash, and refer banking services as appropriate. This role emphasizes accuracy, security, and friendly service in a high-volume retail bank environment.
Scheduled hours include Monday–Friday with some Saturdays; starting pay is $19/hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, time off, HSA, and tuition assistance. Onsite role with growth opportunities within FNBO network.

Provides existing and potential customers with excellent customer service while performing a variety of transaction functions, in line with established policies and procedures. Knowledgeable of bank services to cross sell or refer products/services as customer needs are identified.
Scheduled hours will be: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:45pm with a rotation of Saturdays.
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location. Starting pay for Teller positions is $19/hour. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
