Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of previous banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and written instructions.
• Able to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process daily tasks to maintain branch integrity.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money in cash drawer and transferring funds as needed.
• Interact with clients, anticipate needs, and offer appropriate banking products and services.
• Support branch referral goals by identifying and referring basic bank products to the appropriate partner.
