Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of banking or demonstrated sales and client service experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of consumer & business products.
• May back up duties of Personal Banker and/or Assistant Manager with operational tasks.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and written instructions.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Performs teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintains branch integrity and daily operations.
• Mitigates risk by safeguarding cash and funds transfers.
• Interacts with clients, identifies needs, and offers appropriate products/services.
• Keeps up-to-date on Columbia Bank offerings and policy changes.
• Supports branch referral goals to partners.
