Provide our customers with fast, friendly service by adhering to common courtesies and delivering the brand promise. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures. Support the sales process by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers, and referring customers to colleagues for financial solutions. Demonstrate all channel capabilities and their benefits to customers. Flexibility to work at multiple branch locations may be required to meet customer and branch needs.
