Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as a teller
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Proficient in computer skills, and ability to work independently and as team member
• 3-5 Previous teller supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficient, accurate and effective functioning of teller operations.
• Monitor holds, ensure compliance with Reg. CC, monitor offages and maintain teller difference log.
• Approve teller transactions exceeding check-cashing limits.
• Ensure adherence to check cashing limits policy.
• Train tellers and supervise staff; conduct performance reviews and hiring decisions as needed.
• Supervise through leadership and mentoring to staff, leading by example.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and staff; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
