SUMMARY
Provides supervision and support to tellers to ensure maximum customer service in a professional manner. Monitors and trains teller staff to support bank marketing efforts and cross-sell products. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures affecting daily operations. Performs duties to help achieve banking center goals and delivers quality, accurate, and timely customer service through daily financial transactions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct, coordinate, and evaluate personnel, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and discipline.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred. 2-5 years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
