• Open new accounts and handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan/credit card payments.
• Consult with members to identify needs and recommend products and services.
• Assist members over the phone for retention and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and complete required forms.
• Balance cash drawer and support branch operations.
