Job summary

Total Community Credit Union in Michigan seeks a full‑time teller to deliver member service, handle transactions, and educate members on credit union products. You will balance cash, maintain accuracy, and support daily branch operations with a positive, professional attitude.

• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to every member.
• Educate members on credit union products and promotions.

What You’ll Do

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Maintaining accuracy while balancing your cash drawer
• Providing friendly, efficient service to every member
• Educating members on credit union products and promotions

Your Job Classification & Schedule

Full-time, variable schedule, Monday–Saturday (Saturday rotation)

Pay Range

$16.26–$18.80 per hour, based on experience
