Job summary

The role requires working knowledge of teller functions, general ledger awareness, and in-house computer systems.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable.
• High school level language, math and reasoning skills.
• Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Explain and promote credit union services to members.
• Provide teller services and process teller transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily activity.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.
