Job summary

You will process a variety of transactions, balance drawers, and assist members with direct deposits and basic account services, contributing to overall branch performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance tills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of teller transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Provide friendly service and promote credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
• Identify sales opportunities and refer members to appropriate products.
• Explain account features and answer member questions.
• Assist members with direct deposits, money orders, and other services.
