Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Teller / Member Service Representative at our Edmond, Oklahoma branch. The role involves assisting members with financial transactions, handling cash and negotiable instruments, and providing routine information to members.

Shifts include Monday through Friday for a 5-hour window (7:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) and Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. Part-time employees are scheduled for 21–29 hours per week, with attendance being essential.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders, VISA gift cards, etc. to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
• Cross-sells credit union services.
• Other duties as assigned.
