Part-Time Member Service Representative
Edmond Branch

Monday - Friday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.

(Part-Time employees are scheduled for 21 - 29 hours per week)

Role

Support members with financial transactions, includingcash-handling and negotiable instruments. Deliver quality service, buildprofessional relationships, provide account information and account/loanmaintenance, and resolve or refer issues as needed. Attendance is an essentialfunction of performing the duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• 55% - Receives and processes member financialtransactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells moneyorders and VISA gift cards to members; transfers amounts from member accountsas directed. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
• 20% -Identify members’ needs and promote andcross-sell credit union products and services.
• 15% - Welcomes members and provides routineinformation concerning services and directs members to appropriate departmentfor specific information and service.
• 10% - Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks,including typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the telephone.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures,applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank SecrecyAct, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Performs otherjob related duties as assigned.
