You will help customers with their banking needs while ensuring compliance with bank policies and a professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities include handling cash accurately, balancing cash drawers daily, and referring customers to the appropriate departments for additional services.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of banking terminology, products and services.
• Strong attention to detail with intermediate mathematical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally and address inquiries.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and loan payments accurately.
• Provide customers with account balances, statements, and information.
• Ensure documents are endorsed and customers identified; balance drawer daily.
• Promote bank services and refer to appropriate departments when needed.
• Adhere to bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and protect confidential information.
