Job summary

You will need strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some travel and weekend hours may be required depending on branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree acceptable.
• 6 months teller experience in the financial industry.
• 6 months cash handling experience (balancing a cash drawer).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs; strong written and oral communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and minimal supervision.
• Periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training.
• Saturday and holiday hours may be required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
