Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months to one year of cash handling experience in a customer-service environment, preferred but not required.
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other common PC-based software.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time while processing customer transactions.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (boxes/bags of coins, etc.)

Responsibilities

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Receive checks and cash for deposits and loan payments, verify amounts, and enter into records.
Sell cashier's checks and balance cash drawer at end of shift.
Maintain stocked teller station and assist with other CSR duties as needed.
Handle bank-by-mail, night depository, and ATM functions as necessary.
Meet performance and production goals as directed by management.
